  • We use FedEx Ground for shipping cutting boards and smaller items.

  • For larger items such as tables, chairs, and bartops, we use FedEx Freight.

  • All local shipping and handling are fulfilled directly by Santanna Woodworks.

  • Upon placing an order, you will automatically receive a shipping number once a label has been created.

  • If your order is placed after 5 PM EST, the tracking number may not be emailed to the provided email address until the next business day.

Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Any additional fees for freight or local delivery will be communicated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • FedEx Ground shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

  • FedEx Freight delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Local deliveries by Santanna Woodworks will be scheduled and communicated directly.

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Santanna Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
